I’ve been meaning to try this one for a while and I’m glad I did: Roasted Cauliflower Steak.
- Cut two thick slices out of the middle of a cauliflower.
- Marinate them overnight in balsamic vinegar, sriracha, salsa, and liquid smoke.
- Roast them in the oven with garlic and spice to taste
It tasted even better than it looks. I also added some home-grown sprouts for a fresh crunch 🌱
