Okay I have to share this because it literally took me 7 minutes to make and turned out delicious. Plus I actually remembered to take step by step photos this time.
If you’re in a rush or just lazy, this is a great tasting supper solution.
- Cut up hard tofu into large cubes and put in frying pan
- Pour in about two cups of store-bought salsa. Any kind will do, I like the compliments brand from sobeys.
- Add about a half cup of natural peanut butter (the kind that is just peanuts)
- Fry it on high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Add cut up bell peppers. Bonus points: add balsamic vinegar for extra flavour.
